China concerned by US anti-dumping measures on carbon, alloy steel CTL plate

BEIJING (Reuters) - China is "seriously concerned" by U.S. anti-dumping measures on Chinese carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length (CTL) plate, the Commerce Ministry said in a statement on Friday.

The ministry also said it would take "necessary measures" to protect Chinese companies' rights.
