Fedex faces criminal charges over online pharmacies
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - FedEx Corp was indicted on Thursday on several criminal charges including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, according to a court filing.
The indictment, handed down by a grand jury in San Francisco, involves shipments made by illegal online pharmacies.
