India oil refiner IOC says two died in fire at Panipat site

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Two people died on Monday in a fire at the catalyst storage site in Indian Oil Corp's Panipat oil refinery, a company spokesman said on Tuesday.
Refinery units were not hit by fire, and the 300,000 barrel per day refinery and naphtha cracker were operating at full capacity, the spokesman added.
