Sensex finishes flat; investors await RBI policy decision

REUTERS - Indian shares ended flat on Thursday, shrugging off weaker-than-expected economic growth data as investors bet the economy would improve starting this quarter, while caution prevailed ahead of the central bank's policy decision next week.

The broader NSE Nifty closed 0.05 percent lower at 9,616.10, while the benchmark BSE Sensex was down 0.03 percent at 31,137.59.
