`Green Power

India is poised to become a `green power in another decade provided more fallow land is brought under cultivation and agriculture operations carried out in a planned manner, according to M V Rao, former special director-general of ICAR said during the 9th Srikantia Memorial Lecture at the 30th annual meeting of the Nutrition Society of India here.
