Q: Has there been any further progress on the Indo-US commercial alliance during your visit?
A: We were very pleased that the ministry of commerce has acted to put a full complement on its side of members for the extended term of the alliance. As you know, the term was extended late last year in Washington for two years. We will shortly announce our full complement. The next board meeting of the alliance will be held in Delhi when (commerce) secretary William Daley visits India.
