Essar Power Seeks Govt Nod To Treble Capacity

A five-judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court yesterday settled the differences among its own benches over the rights of suspects in narcotics cases and laid down 10 rules to be followed by the enforcing authorities and the courts below.
