Scrap Fera

Even the judiciary is not immune to violating certain laws. This is evident from reports about a retired Judge of Calcutta High Court being implicated for Fera violations. In the wake of such widespread violations of economic laws, one is compelled to question the desirability of stringency in these laws which makes compliance difficult. Therefore, it is high time that laws like Fera are either scrapped or liberalised.
