Sun Pharma Declares 60% Interim Dividend

The $47-billion French conglomerate, Elf Atochem SA, is planning a joint venture with Mumbai-based Aroni Chemical Industries. The French lubricants and chemicals major will hold 51 per cent in the venture. The rest will be held by Aroni.
