Bartronics sets up 2nd overseas arm

Hyderabad-based Bartronics India Limited (BIL), a solutions provider in the automatic identification and data capture, has incorporated its second wholly-owned subsidiary "� Bartronics America Inc "� in the US.

The company has further plans to acquire other existing companies in the US to give a fillip to its US foray.

BIL incorporated its first subsidiary in Singapore recently.
