Garware Polyester appoints Tushar Parikh as Independent Director

Garware Polyester has appointed Tushar Parikh as Independent Director on the Board of Directors, replacing A B Bhalerao, who resigned recently. Garware Polyester Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on December 27, 2013, has accepted the resignation of A B Bhalerao, a non-executive Independent Director from the Board of the company and has appointed Tushar Parikh as a non-executive Independent Director on the Board of the company.
