Board of M M Forgings approves allotment of 2.41 cr bonus equity shares

At meeting held on 17 July 2024

The Board of M M Forgings at its meeting held on 17 July 2024 has approved the allotment of 2,41,40,800 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each, as equity bonus shares in ratio of 1:1. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 4,82,81,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each amounting to Rs 48,28,16,000.
