CG Power & Industrial Solutions announced that as part of the proposed acquisition Axiro Semiconductor, a wholly-owned Indian Subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a wholly-owned Subsidiary in the State of Delaware, USA, namely Axiro Semiconductor Inc. on 23 December 2024. Accordingly, Axiro Semiconductor Inc. is a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
