Veefin Solutions allots 1.60 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Veefin Solutions has allotted 1,60,000 equity shares under ESOP on 21 January 2025. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from 2,36,13,407 equity shares of Rs.10/- each amounting to Rs. 23,61,34,070 to 2,37,73,407 equity shares of Rs.10/- each amounting to Rs. 23,77,34,070/-.
