This is in continuation with our letter No. GBGL/SE/RP/NK/2021-22 dated 15th December 2021 related to submission of the Liquidation order passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Indore Bench at Ahmedabad on dated 10th December 2021.The Public Announcement for inviting claims from the stakeholders under Regulation 12 Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations2016 was already given and for which the last date for submission of claims is mentioned in the Public announcement is 12th January 2022.
