Devotees celebrate Hanuman Jayanti in Varanasi

Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) Apr 19, (ANI) - Large number of devotees gathered on the roads of Varanasi to celebrate the Hanuman Jayanti on Friday. Dhwaja Yatra was organised on the eve of Hanuman Jayanti. This yatra is being organised from last 19 years. Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated to mark the birth of Lord Hanuman. People celebrate this day with great pomp and show. Devotees were seen chanting prayers and shlokas while walking towards the main temple.
