Leh shivers as mercury dips to -13 degrees

Leh (Ladakh), Dec 03 (ANI): Due to dip in mercury, cold wave intensified in Leh. Temperature decreased to as low as -13 degree Celsius. Locals are keeping themselves warm by lighting up bonfires.
