Rain lashes in parts of Puducherry

Puducherry, Nov 22 (ANI): Heavy rain lashed in parts of Puducherry on Nov 22. The downpour affected traffic vehicular movement. Normal lives got affected due to heavy downpour. Rainfall dipped the temperature in Puducherry.
