Royalists demand return of monarchy in Nepal

Birgunj, Nepal, Dec 30 (ANI): A group of royalists organised an 'aamsabha' and took out a rally demanding return of monarchy across Nepal and its re-establishment as a Hindu nation. The rally was taken out from Birgunj's clock tower in which the supporters, carrying banners and flags, raised their demands. The India's neighbouring country underwent a transition from being a monarchy to a republic about a decade ago when it adopted constitutional monarchy in 1990.
