Prestige Estates expects Rs 550 cr from new housing project in Bengaluru

Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd expects Rs 550 crore revenue from its new residential project in Bengaluru. The company has launched a new housing project, 'Prestige Glenbrook' in the heart of Whitefield, Bengaluru's IT hub. "The development comprises 285 apartments across two high-rise towers with a developable area of 0.7 million square feet and has a revenue potential of Rs 550 crore," Prestige said in a regulatory filing on Thursday. Prestige Estates expects its sale bookings to rise 55 per cent this fiscal to touch an all-time high of Rs 20,000 crore on strong demand for residential properties. Its sale bookings stood at Rs 12,931 crore in 202223. "We have done pre-sales of around Rs 11,000 crore in the first two quarters. We had guided around Rs 16,000 crore (for the entire 2023-24). MANA Projects to invest Rs 500 cr in luxury housing project in Bengaluru

Realty firm MANA Projects will invest around Rs 500 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Bengaluru as it seeks to tap the rising demand for premium properties. Bengaluru-based MANA has launched a residential project which is spread over 6.39 acres and comprises 680 flats at Sarjapur Road. D Kishore Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of MANA, said the project 'MANA Dale' will be completed over the next four years. The starting price is Rs 1.60 crore per unit. When asked about investment to develop this project, Reddy said the project cost is estimated at around Rs 500 crore. "With this launch, we further extend our presence in East Bengaluru," he said. Macrotech to invest Rs 800 cr to construct 2 housing projects in Bengaluru

Macrotech Developers will invest about Rs 800 crore to construct two housing projects in Bengaluru where it has entered to expand business amid strong demand, its MD & CEO Abhishek Lodha said. Macrotech Developers, which markets its properties under Lodha brand, has a significant presence in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune. In June last year, the company had announced its entry in the Bengaluru market by forming a joint venture to develop its first housing project. Later, it added one more housing project in the IT city. Macrotech Developers this month launched its first residential project in Bengaluru. "We are targeting to launch the second project in the fourth quarter of this fiscal. It may slip to the first quarter of the next financial year," Lodha told PTI. BJP's central observers -- Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and party's national general secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam -- arrived in Bengaluru on Friday for the BJP Legislature Party meeting this evening where the Leader of Opposition in the assembly is slated to be chosen. AstraZeneca Pharma India plans to sell its production facility in Bengaluru as part of a strategic review of global manufacturing and supply network by its parent, according to a regulatory filing. The company remains committed to advance access to innovative medicines in India, with a clear ambition to be pioneers in science, lead in specialist disease areas, and transform patient outcomes, AstraZeneca Pharma India said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.
