Critically-acclaimed Iranian director Majid Majidi's first India-set film "Beyond the Clouds" is set to hit the theatres on April 20 worldwide. The movie, which marks the debut of Shahid Kapoor's half-brother Ishaan Khatter and Malayalam actor Malavika Mohanan, was earlier scheduled to release on March 23. Speaking about the development, producer Shareen Mantri Kedia of Namah Pictures said, "He is a visionary whose emotional connectivity and narrative transcends the boundaries and limitations of language. We are glad that audiences and fans across the globe will now be able to simultaneously share the experience of Majid Majidi's magic as it comes alive on April 20th." Director Jon Favreau has joined the cast of "Solo: A Star Wars Story" as the voice of an alien. Favreau had shared a photo of himself alongside the "Solo" director, Ron Howard, and its writer Lawrence Kasdan on Twitter earlier this month. Howard retweeted the picture and revealed the reason for the three to come together. "Wondering why we are all together? Jon Favreau is voicing a very cool and important alien character for Han Solo. Flattered and fortunate I could pull him away from his Lion King directing duties," Howard posted. The director, however, ruled out a similar role for himself. Asked by a fan if he would voice a character, he replied: "Nope. Zero chance. Indian-origin actor Dev Patel has been roped in to star in the title role of "David Copperfield". The film will be written and directed by "Veep" creator Armando Iannucci, Variety reported. The modern retelling of the Charles Dickens' "The Personal History of David Copperfield" story will see the character navigate a chaotic world to find his place in it. The original "David Copperfield" was first published in 1850 and chronicles the journey of the titular protagonist, which was based on the author himself. Simon Blackwell has co-written the script with Iannucci.
