Assessing cyclone's impact, to send report to Centre: Pondy CM Rangasamy

Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy has said that a detailed report was being prepared assessing the extent of damage caused by the Cyclone Fengal and will be sent to the Centre seeking relief. 10 people killed in flashfloods triggered by heavy rain in Meghalaya

At least 10 people died, including seven of a family, in rain-induced flashfloods that ravaged Meghalaya's South Garo Hills district in the past 24 hours, officials said on Saturday.
