Beneficiaries of old UN system oppose its reform, says EAM Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday met UN Secretary General's Special Envoy on Myanmar Noeleen Heyzer and discussed with her the situation in the neighbouring country.
