Bengaluru and Aizawl clash in AFC Cup group match tomorrow

Indian Super League runners-up side Bengaluru FC face former I-League champions Aizawl FC in an AFC Cup Group E clash at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium here tomorrow. Both sides are taking on each other in the continental competition in the midst of their campaign in the inaugural Super Cup tournament in Bhubaneswar. Bengaluru and Aizawl have made it to the quarterfinals of the knock-out Super Cup tournament. Bengaluru began their AFC Cup group stage campaign with a 1-0 win over Abahani Dhaka FC through a second half strike from Daniel Lalhlimpuia, while Aizawl went down 1-3 to New Radiant SC in Maldives. Indian Women's Football League: Sethu FC beat India Rush 3-2

Sethu FC came back from behind to defeat India Rush SC 3-2 in a group stage match of the second edition of the Indian Women's League at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Shillong, Meghalaya on Wednesday.In a scintillating first-half, India Rush FC took the lead in the 2nd minute of the match itself when Samiksha burst onto goal and scored, stunning Sethu FC's defence in the process. DSPORT to telecast Augusta Masters in India

DSPORT, a premium sports TV channel by Discovery Communications, is set to broadcast the prestigious Augusta Masters, to be held from April 6 to 9, for the Indian viewers. Harmanjot Khabra signs new three-year deal with Bengaluru FC

Bengaluru FC has extended the contract of defender Hamranjot Khabra till May 2021, the football club announced here today. "I have always received great support from everyone at the club and most importantly the fans, so I am thrilled to continue playing for the club. I am looking forward to lot more exciting moments in the coming years," Khabra said. Khabra joins a list of players who have committed their future to the club including Boithang Haokip, Rahul Bheke, Juan Gonzalez and Gurpreet Singh Sandhu.
