In-form Shubhankar all set for maiden WGC in Mexico
Lifted by two wins in as many months, India's latest golfing star Shubhankar Sharma has earned his maiden spot in the World Golf Championships (WGC) to be held at the Club de Golf Chapultepec, here next month. The entry into the tournament, to be held from March 1 to 4, will also fuel Subhankar's ambition and dream of making it to the PGA Tour ultimately. Shubhankar, who earned his breakthrough win in Joburg, which also fetched him a spot into the 2018 Open Championships at Carnoustie, added a second European Tour and Asian Tour co-sanctioned title in Malaysia last weekend with a stunning 10-under 62. His stunning rise has seen him jump from 202 last year to 72nd place on the World Golf Rankings ahead ahead of Anirban Lahiri (76th). Razzak rattles Sri Lanka in comeback Test

Jhulan Goswami 'happy' over 200-wicket feat in India's victory
Indian fast bowler Jhulan Goswami, who added yet another feather in her cap by recently becoming the first female cricketer to take 200 ODI wickets, has said that while the achievement has brought her joy, the fact that it came in her side's victory brings her most happiness.The 35-year-old achieved the feat in her 166th ODI when she dismissed South Africa women opener Laura Wolvaardt for nine runs in the final ball of her third over as India clinched a massive 178-run victory in the second ODI to take an unassailable 2-0 lead at Kimberley.Reflecting on her state of mind during the match, Goswami said, "Honestly speaking, when I was only three wickets away from being the highest wicket-taker in the world, I was keeping a count.
