No city was safe in their tenure. Everyone knows how terrorists attacked Mumbai in 2008. What happened in Mumbai at that time was neither the first nor the last. In 2008 Jan, there was attack on CRPF camp in UP. In May, there was a bomb blast in Jaipur. In July, there were serial blasts in B'luru. Next day, bomb blasts in Ahmedabad. In Sept, there were 2 terror attacks in Delhi. In Oct, serial blasts in Guwahati, Agartala and Imphal."

New Delhi, May 03 (ANI): Vivek Oberoi starrer biopic on Prime Minister Narendra Modi is finally set to release on May 24, a day after the counting of votes of Lok Sabha polls. The film, 'PM Narendra Modi', which was initially scheduled to hit the theaters on April 11, was stalled by the Election Commission of India a day before its worldwide release, stating that a biopic like this will affect the level playing field in the elections. Producer Sandip Ssingh took to his twitter to announce the news. Helmed by Omung Kumar, the film stars Vivek Oberoi, Zarina Wahab and Barkha Bisht Sengupta among others and is based on the life of the incumbent Prime Minister. The biopic depicts the journey of Modi from his humble beginnings to his years as a chief minister and finally his landmark election as the Prime Minister of the country. Oberoi is essaying the role of PM Modi.
Hyderabad, May 03, (ANI): While speaking to ANI, after Cyclone 'Fani' hits Odisha's Puri, India Meteorological Department (IMD) Hyderabad's Scientist Naga Ratna said, "After landfall, the impact is likely to reduce and will move towards West Bengal coast. There after extreme severe cyclone may convert to severe cyclone and move towards West Bengal and Bangladesh. This will impact in the whole state of Odisha, some parts of West Bengal and also in the northeastern states of India."
Paradip (Odisha), May 03 (ANI): While speaking to ANI, after Cyclone Fani hits Odisha's Puri, India Meteorological Department (IMD) Paradip's Scientist, R Shukla said, "Landfall process started around 8 am and is expected to complete within 2 hours. Then it's expected to move north-northeastwards, covering all districts in coastal Odisha, towards West Bengal. Wind speed was recorded at 35 km/hr in latest updates at 9 am and will increase further."
Balrampur (Chhattisgarh), May 03 (ANI): Locals of Amtahi village in Chhattisgarh's Balrampur are facing water contamination issue and no one has listened to their request till now. They use water from a well filled with algae, as hand pump's water is contaminated. The hand pump's water caused diseases after drinking it. The government has not taken any action against it till now.

The members of clapping club clapped 1000 times to hail the UNSC decision to designate Masood Azhar as a global terrorist. On May 01, JeM chief was designated as a global terrorist under the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolution 1267. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also termed the development as 'big victory.' Azhar was blacklisted by UNSC sanctions committee after China dropped their objections to the latest proposal put forward by the US, UK and France to designate Masood as terrorist.

He said, "The impact of landfall process has started. Fani will make a landfall between 8-11 am. In the morning at 6:31 am, it was 70 km south-southwest of Puri, and it is moving now. The maximum wind speed till now is reported to be 7:30 am was 142 km/h. As we predicted, it will cross Puri and after landfall it will move towards North-east." Fani will hit Odisha's Puri today along with several others parts.

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), May 03 (ANI): A tree fossil, appearing to be millions of years old, has been found in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla on May 01. The fossil was found in Kharapathar area of the district. According to the curator of Himachal State Museum Shimla, Hari Chauhan the fossil belongs to the Mesozoic geological era. After visiting the spot, speaking to ANI, Hari Chauhan said, "The tree fossil appears to be of the Mesozoic geological era (67-250 million years ago). The Department of Language Art and Culture of Himachal Pradesh is planning to preserve it." "We are identifying more such tree fossils," he added. He also informed that the fossil is being fenced and more research is being planned to be done on this. In February this year, a team of international scientists had discovered ancient fossils of the first ever organisms that exhibited movement.
