Jailers of different prisons have told me, on 2-3 occasions, that criminal mindset of jail inmates who reared cows, has decreased."

Cops claimed that it was an encounter that followed after the four men tried escaping. Kolkata (WB), Dec 07 (ANI): Meghalaya Governor Tathagata Roy reacted on Hyderabad encounter in which veterinary doctor's rape and murder accused were shot dead by police, when they tried to escape. He said that kangaroo courts and encounters cannot be the standard operating procedure in dispensing criminal justice. Unnao (UP), Dec 07 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Unnao said that while Chief Minister says there's no place for criminals in state, but the state has turned into such a place that there's no place for women in the state.
