New Delhi, Nov 08 (ANI): Congress on November 08 lambasted at Prime Minister Narendra Modi government over removing SPG cover of Gandhi family. Senior congressman KC Venugopal said, "Two former PMs of India, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were murdered and it was Atal Bihari Vajpayee who amended the law to give the family of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, the SPG cover. Modi and Shah have undone it now."

Locals demand better laws to protect camels in Rajasthan

Pushkar (Rajasthan), Nov 08 (ANI): Camel owners came out to protest against the state government demanding to bring the better laws in Rajasthan's Pushkar in terms of animal protection. The selling price of camels is going down year by year, currently locals are selling them from Rs 500 to Rs1500. Locals said if the situation continues, camels will be disappeared by 2023. However, State Government of Rajasthan on 30 June 2014 declared camels as the state animal. The step has been taken to check the diminishing number of camels in the state.

Their (BJP) main branch (RSS) which is headquartered in Maharashtra has not raised an issue over serving of eggs in midday meal in Maharashtra. Why are they doing politics over it issue in Madhya Pradesh."

Veteran BJP leader and former Deputy Prime Minister, LK Advani turned 92 today. Advani was born on 8 November in 1927 in Karachi in undivided India. After partition, his family moved to India. He is a founder member of the BJP along with former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who died on 16 August, 2018. He was also the BJP's longest serving president.
