This step has been taken as a precautionary measure against coronavirus outbreak. As confirmed by the Health Ministry, the COVID-19 cases in India mount to 126 with 3 deaths so far. Till date there has been no positive case of coronavirus reported in Bihar.
Mumbai, Mar 17 (ANI): Mumbai Film City was deserted on March 17 as government announced shut down for many industries, public spaces and institutions. On March 15, Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) decided to stop all entertainment format shoot from March 19 to March 31. Entertainment Industry is avoiding shoots in prevention of the disease. The eatery in film city was also vacant. Subhash Borker, Joint Managing Director of Film City said, "On order of municipal commissioner, all the indoor and outdoor shoots have been stopped. Tourists and general public is also forbidden to enter in the Film City. Only people working in Film City are allowed to enter. We are taking all kind of precautions for our staff as well." Total positive cases of coronavirus in India have mounted to 126. The number of deaths in country has reached to 3 with one death in Maharashtra.
Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Mar 17(ANI): Amid coronavirus scare and after the dreadful virus has claimed another death in the country, every state government is taking every measure to fight against the virus. Uttarakhand government is also taking every step to prevent it from spreading. Workers at Dehradun Railway Station are sanitising and mopping every train to stop the spread of the virus. Gandhinagar (Gujarat), Mar 17(ANI): Gujarat Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Jayanti Ravi on March 17 informed that there is no positive case in Gujarat and people don't have to panic. The state government is fully prepared to fight the dreadful virus. She also urged residents of Gujarat that people who are suffering from fever and cold should wear masks and doctors and nurses who are treating people who are in ICU should also wear masks for their safety.

Barmer (Rajasthan), Mar 17 (ANI): Rajasthan government is giving priority to the establishment of a refinery at Pachpadra in Barmer as well as new oil exploration works in the state. Once the refining of oil at the refinery begins, sufficient crude oil will be available locally and the state won't have to import oil from outside the state. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said this in a review meeting of the works under construction of HPCL Rajasthan Refinery, a joint venture of HPCL and Government of Rajasthan, in Pachpadra.During the meeting, the CM said that the completion of the construction work of the refinery on time is a top priority of the state government. There will be no shortage in the supply of resources required for this work. He reviewed the refinery project point-wise and said that work of various phases of this project should be completed on time. New Delhi, Mar 17(ANI): Indian Council of Medical Research on March 17 briefed media about the latest status of coronavirus in the country. ICMR Director General Balram Bhargava said that the organisation is busy in laboratory expansion and as of now, there are 72 functional laboratories in ICMR system. "We have also engaged non-ICMR, Ministry of Health, government laboratories include CSIR, DRDO, DBT, government medical colleges, and we have 49 of those labs which will start testing by the end of this week."

New Delhi, Mar 17 (ANI): Staff and visitors at DCP Central Office are being given masks and hand sanitisers during their visit as a preventive measure against the deadly coronavirus. Their temperature is being checked with the help of a thermometer gun as a precautionary measure amid coronavirus scare. All staff members who are working in the field are advised to use masks.
