Recreation of 1988 song 'So Gya Yeh Jahan' was 'dream come true' for Neil Nitin Mukesh

Mumbai, Oct 17 (ANI): The classic 1988 song 'So Gya Yeh Jahan', sung by Nitin Mukesh has been recreated for Neil Nitin Mukesh's upcoming movie 'Bypass Road'. Speaking on it, he said, "We were very emotional about the fact that we got this opportunity of working with papa (Nitin Mukesh) on 'So Gya'. It definitely was a dream comes true. Our souls would be crunched completely if we hadn't made papa singing in our home production but somewhere I didn't want the audience to say that 'the brothers are working together and that's why they have their father onboard'. The fact of the matter is that when I was writing the story of 'Bypass Road', any other song was not fitting with the storyline. We have recreated the song in a modern way. So, it is a new version only. We wanted the song to fit the film." 'Bypass Road' is a thriller drama and is directed by Naman Nitin Mukesh, brother of Neil. The movie will hit theaters on November 01.
