Patna (Bihar), Oct 26 (ANI): Lok Janshakti Party president Chirag Paswan during a rally in Bihar claimed to put Chief Minister Nitish Kumar behind the bars once his government comes to power. After the statement sparked controversy, Paswan said that he along with the people of Bihar believe that he is involved in corruption and is a corrupt CM. Paswan said, "What wrong did I say? If he is a culprit then I have said that after proper investigation then he will be sent to jail. And how is it possible that such big scams are taking place, everyone in Bihar knows about it, his own ministers have knowledge about it. So if everyone knows and the Chief Minister doesn't know, this is not possible. Therefore CM is also a part of it. And if he is not involved then it will be cleared in the investigation. I and people of Bihar believe that he is involved in corruption and is a corrupt CM."

New Delhi, Oct 24 (ANI): Instant messaging application WhatsApp Business will soon be rolling out a new feature to let users shop for goods and services right from the chat window. The feature is currently under development. According to Mashable, as part of the new feature, all the WhatsApp business account users would be directly able to provide product catalogues to their customers from within the chat window. A shopping button will be added on WhatsApp, which will be rolled out in India soon. The shopping button will let users add items to a cart, and check out from within the WhatsApp chat.

New Delhi, Oct 24 (ANI): Anxiety around COVID-19 could be causing body image issues among both men and women, research suggests. Feelings of stress associated with the pandemic are associated with men having a greater desire for muscularity and women having a greater desire for thinness, according to the study led by Anglia Ruskin University. Researchers surveyed 506 adults in the UK, with an average age of 34, about stress and body image. Participants were also asked a series of questions about the impact of COVID-19 on their daily lives and to rate their anxiety caused by the pandemic on a seven-point scale. The survey results indicated that stress and anxiety related to the coronavirus are associated with more negative body image. Negative body image is one of the main causes of eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia.

Lucknow (UP), Oct 23 (ANI): Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary (Health) Amit Mohan Prasad on October 23 informed that Uttar Pradesh has recorded 2,298 cases in last 24 hours. He also said that for the past 36 days the state is recording decrease in active infection cases of COVID-19. In last 24 hours 3,025 people have been recovered from the invisible virus. The recovery percentage has been increased in Uttar Pradesh to 92.47 per cent, he added.

Amritsar (Punjab), Oct 23 (ANI): Kisan union, Azad Kisan Sangharsh Committee members held a protest near Amritsar toll plaza on October 23. They have stopped around 30 paddy trucks coming from Uttar Pradesh. Protesters are opposing the selling of these paddy trucks coming from Uttar Pradesh in Punjab. They claimed that these are not trucks of farmers but businessmen. Kisan leader, Harjeet Singh said, "This is robbery of farmers, we have stopped 30 paddy trucks here, these are not farmers' trucks but of businessmen. With this, farmers of Punjab will not get fair price of their crop." On the other side, truck drivers are facing trouble due to the protest of farmers. "What is our fault in all this?
