Indore (MP), Feb 09 (ANI): While addressing a press conference in Madhya Pardesh, Union Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi questioned that how many Pakistani Muslims, opposition wants to give citizenship to? "Congress Party or those who are opposing CAA, tell us how many Pakistani Muslims they want to give citizenship, they should make a list. If someone wants citizenship, then the Citizenship Act 1955 has a provision," said Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi in a press conference in Indore.

Kapil Sibal slams EC over delay in final voter turnout

New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): Speaking to ANI, Congress leader Kapil Sibal said that Election Commission must explain the reason for not announcing the final percentage of the votes' poll. 6 dead, 40 injured after bus catches fire in Odisha

Brahmapur (Odisha), Feb 09 (ANI): At least 6 passengers died after a fire broke out in a moving bus in Odisha's Brahmapur. The accident occurred in Ganjam district. Around 40 passengers sustained severe injuries in the horrific accident. Injured were rushed to MKCG Medical College and Hospital following the incident. Further investigation is underway. Kaamya Karthikeyan becomes youngest girl to summit Mt Aconcagua

Mendoza (Argentina), Feb 09 (ANI): Mumbai-based Kaamya Karthikeyan became the youngest girl in the world to summit Mount Aconcagua. Mount Aconcagua is the highest peak in South America. Karthikeyan summited the 6962-meter-tall mountain on February 1, 2020. Kaamya is studying in 7th standard at Navy Children School in Mumbai.

Baur reservoir in Uttarkhand a new eco-tourism destination

Udham Singh Nagar (Uttarakhand), Feb 09 (ANI): Uttarakhand Government declared Baur reservoir a tourism center. Tourists influx has started to witness beautiful destination. Minister for Sports and Youth Welfare, Arvind Pandey said, "The state government has declared the Baur and Haripura reservoirs as tourism centers under the '13 district 13 destination 'program. Now many types of works including beautification, hotels, restaurants, boat houses, motor boats are being started soon. This will also provide employment opportunities to the people here." The Baur reservoir has an area of 1626 hectares and a length of 9.5 km. It consists of the main rivers Baur and Kakrala from the hilly region. A direct gypsy service will be started from Corbett to the Baur reservoir will also be added.

Murals painted with names of govt schemes ahead of MP CM's visit in Sagar

Sagar (Madhya Pradesh), Feb 09 (ANI): Murals were painted on the walls of Police Training Center ground by a citizen's group in Madhya Pradesh's Sagar. It was painted by 'Hum Hain Insaan' citizen group on walls with names of government schemes by the city administration within 24 hours ahead of Chief Minister Kamal Nath's visit to the city on the occasion of Ravi Das Jayanti. While speaking to ANI, the Municipal Commissioner of Sagar, RP Ahirwar said, "It is our duty and responsibility to advertise the government schemes. Coronavirus: DGCA restricts entry of foreigners who visited China post Jan 14

Gaya (Bihar)/New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced that foreigners who have been to China on or after Jan 15, 2020, are not allowed to enter India from any air, land or seaport including Indo-Nepal, Indo-Bhutan, Indo-Bangladesh or Indo-Myanmar land borders. Three positive cases of coronavirus have emerged in Kerala. A suspected cornavirus case has been reported in Bihar's Gaya. A man who returned from China a month back has been admitted at isolation ward of government hospital. Hospital official said, "He has cold and cough, so we took precautionary measure. His blood and throat samples have been sent for examination."
