Board of Bayer CropScience recommends final dividend

Bayer CropScience announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 17 per equity Share (i.e. 170%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
