Board of Generic Engineering Construction & Projects approves sub-division of shares

At meeting held on 19 May 2018

Generic Engineering Construction & Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 19 May 2018 has approved, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, Sub-division of 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each into 2 (Two) Equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each.
