Board of UltraTech Cement approves scheme of arrangement

At meeting held on 20 May 2018

The Board of UltraTech Cement has approved a Scheme of Arrangement amongst Century Textiles and Industries (demerged company), UltraTech Cement and their respective shareholders and creditors for the acquisition of the Cement Business of the demerged company. Post the effectiveness of the scheme, equity shares of the resulting company shall be issued to the eligible shareholders of the company.
