Lok Sabha passed 12 bills, Rajya Sabha 14 in Monsoon session amid protests

Twelve bills were passed by the Lok Sabha and 14 by the Rajya Sabha during the month-long Monsoon session of Parliament, which has witnessed repeated disruptions, adjournments and walkouts. Lok Sabha proceedings were adjourned till 12 noon on Monday following vociferous protests by opposition parties demanding a discussion on the voter roll revision in Bihar and other issues. CM Adityanath attends all-party meeting ahead of UP monsoon session

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday attended all-party meeting chaired by Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana ahead of the Monsoon Session beginning from Monday.
