Adani Enterprises to up stake in Adani Power

Even as the power business continues to face losses for the past one year, Adani Enterprises Ltd, parent company of Adani Power Ltd, on Thursday got its board of directors’ approval to raise its stake in the latter from 68 per cent currently to 75 per cent.
