Aftek Buys 49% In Munich Firm Arexera

In one of the largest overseas acquisition by a dometic IT company, Aftek Infosys has acquired a 49 per cent stake in the Munich-based Arexera Information Technologies GmbH in a cash deal worth 8.86 million euros (around Rs 46 crore).

Aftek has also retained the right to acquire the balance 51 per cent stake in the company over the next 3-4 years,
