Alstom gets $28.6mn deal from Oman firm

Alstom Projects India has won an export order worth $28.6 million for the supply of heat recovery steam generators and associated ancillary equipment to be installed at the Sohar Aluminum (SOHAR) Company LLC power plant in the Sultanate of Oman.

According to a release issued by Alstom to the BSE today, the scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, and FOB supply of four natural circulation, heat recovery steam generators and all associated ancillary equipment. Supplies are to be completed by mid-2007," the release added.
