BL Kashyap MD pledges 6.4% stake in company

BL Kashyap & Sons today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Vineet Kashyap, managing director and one of the promoters of the company has pledged 13,14,000 equity shares of the company with lenders for personal purpose.

This amounted to 6.396 per cent of the total paid-up equity capital of the company.
