Dependra Pathak ceases to be director of Engineers India

State-run Engineers India Ltd today said that the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas has withdrawn the nomination of Dependra Pathak as exploration director, following which he ceases to be the director of the company.

The decision has been taken with effect from July 2, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
