Future Cap appoints new directors

Kishore Biyani-promoted Future Capital Holdings said it board of directors has approved the appointment of Anil Singhvi, NC Singhal and Pradeep Mukherjee as the non-executive independent directors of the company with immediate effect.

Future Capital recently appointed former ICICI Prudential Life Insurance honcho V Vaidyanathan as vice chairman and managing director of the company. The company's shares were trading at Rs 255.95, nearly 1.4 per cent down from previous close.
