Gautam Doshi joins ADAE, to focus on M&As

The Anil Ambami controlled-ADA Enterprises (ADAE) today announced the appointment of Gautam Doshi, a leading chartered accountant, as group president and key member of the leadership team.

Doshi will be responsible for mergers and acquisitions (M&As) in addition to supervising tax, regulatory and accounting functions, a ADAE release said today.

Doshi was formally a senior partner at RSM & Company and director of Ambit Corporate Finance and is widely recognised for his expertise in matters relating to accounting, taxation and regulatory laws, the release said.

Anil Ambani welcomed his appointment to the leadership team, and said: "Doshi is a great asset for any organisation and will add greatly to the efforts in creating value for the stakeholders."
