Glodyne merges Compulink with self

Technology management services company Glodyne Technoserve said it will merge Pune-based project management software services firm Compulink Services with it.

The merger is expected to help Glodyne to leverage on Compulink's strong intellectual property rights (IPRs) and client relationships.

The merger of Compulink Systems with Glodyne with scheme of amalgamation and the appointed date of the scheme will be April 1, 2009, the company said.
