Honda, General Motors Cruise Along In July

Honda Siel Cars India Ltd has sold 1,069 units of its City and Accord models during July, registering a jump of 19 per cent over the corresponding period last year. Honda Siel Cars sold 899 units of its cars in the same month a year ago.

Rival General Motors India also reported a positive month, with sales increasing 1.7 per cent from 650 units in July 2001 to 661 units.
