Indian Hotels buys Sydney-based `W' Hotel

Indian Hotels Company has signed a purchase agreement with Harilela Group of Hong Kong and Starwood Pacific Hotels Pty for acquiring `W ' Hotel located at Sydney for A$36 million.

According to a release issued by Indian Hotels Company to the BSE today, the company will take over the ownership and management of `W' Hotel in February, 2006.
