The fourth Asian Invitational Conference on ‘The Future of Family Business', a meet on building challenges and strategies across generations, has kick-started today at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad campus here.
The three-day event is being organised by the Thomas Schmidheiny Chair of Family Business and Wealth Management to build capabilities and to provide deep insight into the challenges faced by family businesses across Asia.
The first day of the event has been restricted for academicians and those interested in academics to present and discuss cases papers on family business. The rest two days - February 2nd and 3rd - are for leaders from family businesses and experts who will share their experiences and valuable advice on different themes focusing on family business.
The previous three events were attended by more than 250 participants, according to ISB.
