Jet-Sahara Update: Transjet to house Sahara ops

Jet airways is planning to float a new entity - Transjet - to house all Air Sahara flights, operations and staff.

According to a report on NDTV Profit, the merger of Air Sahara and Jet Airways is expected to take at least nine months.

"An ad agency has been hired to design the logo of Transjet,' the report added.
