KNR forms subsidiary in UAE

City-based KNR Constructions Limited, an infrastructure company with operations mainly in the road and highways sector, has formed ‘KNRCL FZE’, a wholly-owned subsidiary in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The new subsidiary is engaged in general trading activities and all the statutory formalities in this regard have been complied, the company said in a filing to the BSE on Thursday.
