Marico to acquire Nihar from HLL

Marico has reached an agreement to acquire the brand Nihar from Hindustan Lever (HLL).

According to a release issued by Marico to the BSE today, Nihar has an annualised turnover of about Rs 120 crore from two segments - coconut oil and perfumed hair oils.

No financial details were mentioned in the release.
